About me

My analytical and goal-oriented approach is complemented by strong intercultural competenceBorn in Turkey, raised in Germany, and traveling internationally for educational and professional experience gives me the advantage of understanding the influence and impact that culture brings to a work environment. Success occurs when my tools and methods are linked with cultural influences to establish a unified workforce.

I am a bridge builder and create the link between culture and best practices. As an expert in business management with a high level of technical know-how, I succeed in linking the technical aspects and the business aspects. Business goals have to be aligned with production. Annual corporate goals are usually defined in the business departments with little consideration given to the challenges of production. This results in disharmony and difficult communication that I correct during the consultation. I build the bridge between both interfaces by aligning the processes.
