Success

The implementation of a KANBAN system (pull-push process) allowed an optimal use and increase of capacity in the material warehouse. By introducing a Kamishibai system, 5S standards were set and the process was made sustainable. Thanks to these two systems, it was possible to avoid the cost of building an additional new warehouse.
